Pros

The fix is very simple! It's not super bad, but noticeable. It’s also sturdy, and easier to manage with one hand. Cheaper and better.

The size is just right that can sit perfectly inside my refrigerator. They fit in the door of your fridge easily and or, if you put it inside, they don't take up a lot of space like a round one. They are great for holding extra ice in the freezer.

Half-gallon pitchers have lasted longer than gallon-sized pitchers. This replaces another identical pitcher we got several years ago.

Cons

Lid requires so much force to open it flys off the tiny hinges. I practically have to hit it with a mallet to get it open. Pivoting lid is difficult to open and close with a loud noise.

I was suprised to see so many good reviews of this jug. The lid to the spout comes off constantly and it's broken after 2 uses. When we close the spouts, it sprays the contents all over.

I think its a bit pricey but these have been difficult to find

Shipping

The one star deduction was because delivery took two weeks and some days horrible usps

I did have an issue with the order but the seller was quick to respond and correct it
