What ive gotten is automated messages and then an email stating they cant issue a refund unless theyve determined the program has a software bug or there has been a technical issue
So unless they determine that the program has an issue they will not issue a refund despite me continuously rewriting the same explanation over and over and over again only to receive an automated reply
