The sound quality is great it powers my condenser mic with its built in phantom power very well

Then bought a presonus audiobox usb 96 when i had a new recording project and i did not work as supposed
I have the unit working at under 5ms latency on a corei5 system

I had many more problems installing the copy of cubase ai 10 that comes with the interface which required me to install of multiple download managers figure out that the packaged elicence manager is so out of date that it doesnt have the same name as the ones in the instructions that steinberg provides leading to me downloading updated one from steinberg and then once i had done that the manager will not accept your activation code because you need to launch cubase close the licence manager enter you code and then reinstall cubase

If this description sounds confusing than its an accurate representation of the experience of trying to activate this licence it took me multiple attempts at a couple of hours a pop to figure out exactly what the problems were

In general audio cards like this dont have such ability of two inputs of professional microphones

The steinberg ur12 is the most compatable audio interface in my opinion with a control panel app to adjust the driver

There is some criticism about preamp noise from this unit but i havent noticed and i suspect it involves upper level frequency response that the human ear cant discern anyway
