Product is well packaged, and the cups were nice, but it felt flimsy. It has several intermittent connection issues. If they refuse to charge you have to take off one of the ear cushions and hold down the reset button for them to take a charge.

I believe they are slightly heavier than arctis 5 but it doesn’t bother me with anything
I picked this one over the 7p as it is compatible with ps5 xbox and pc
