So i ordered this chair after burning through the 300 chairs from a big box wholesaler every 1824 months and not finding them particularly comfortable thankfully return policy of that particular wholesaler is pretty generous

The first chair arrived from steelcase drop shipped directly from steelcases warehouse in texas and there were two issues1 there was a build quality issue in the seat itself the chair seat itself was slightly uneven tilted

Also if not sold directly by amazon make sure with steelcase that the retailer is an authorized one so you keep your warranty rights
