My main problem with this item was it arrived dirty with big dirty fingerprints on the white part of the chair

A correct color chair arrived within days and i could have scheduled a pickup of the incorrect item opted to do selfdropoff which is a lesson in idiocy on my part

I loved all the features except the height so i managed to return it to backstone and i am expecting the replacement hopefully within a couple of weeks

Recommendation for anyone over 6 tall getting the lumbar support is a must its only a 25 upgrade but must be done prior to ordering

Also sometimes i almost feel like the gesture seat bottom feels like it is tilted forward like i am sliding out of it
