Pros
The padded arm rests swivel to the left and right. However, that is easily fixable with aftermarket armrest covers. The back lumbar support works great.
Reviewer says he has some concerns about the chair's durability. He says it fits well in a small work area and is very supportive.
As with a bed mattress, softer isn't always better. Compact but very comfortable and easily adjustable. As far as i'm concerned, it's more comfortable and fits my body and sitting position better than my previous aeron remastered.
This has to be the easiest assembly i ever done. Took about 5 mins to assemble and came nicely packaged.
Cons
They are pretty annoying and i'm readjust consistently. This is terribly disappointing. What a frustrating waste of time and money.

It came in 3 days and was packaged very well
The series 1 chair came safely packaged and shipped with no physical damage and arrived in one day which was truly awesome
I feared it would be damaged in shipping but wasnt
Packaging/appearance
Arrived in a clean closed well protected sturdy box
Just keep the packing material until you are certain
Competitiveness
Its so comfortable compared to my older chair which i had thought was comfortable simply because id adjusted to its flaws over time
All i can say is it is worth it the chairs may look alike in the pictures but there is no comparison
The quality doesn’t seem better than my 200 office chair but that chair doesn’t have a 12 year warranty

There is a way to adjust the tension but not the incline

My only dislike on day one is the arm rests tops which slide and rotate with no locking ability so any arm movement will shift their position
