Sorry but i didn’t like the taste the flavor smells good in the can but smells like marshmallows vitamins in your shaker definitely have to plug nose and chug product arrived with open security seal had to return

Never seem to disappoint fire af 💪 great product it’s good but too expensive one week into using this product and it feels like it will do what it advertises
