When switching from forward to reverse you sometimes have to hit the power button in order to engage the transmission rather than trying to force it

I have over 30 years experience in the pipe trades and have probably cut thousands of threads in every size pipe up to 4 using ridgid 300 535 700 machines and have run into problems with all of these at various times
