I make a lot of lotion, and this is the first time i have had this problem. Mi paquete lo dejaron en el segundo piso and yo lo encontré abierto and pegado con tape. Save your time and patience.

Be careful though as it doesnt thicken immediately and adding more is not the correct thing to do

Had to do it 2 more times before i got it correct2 no instructions on how to melt it into a liquid to add to hand cream
