Im very happy with the purchase and no more buying water every week
So far i am loving this product
Not sure why they are included but seem to me to add an opportunity for pollution to an otherwise pure distilled product
Do be aware that it takes about 4 hours to make and you must line the spout up with the cap on the carafe perfectly

I realized that it was mostly my fault because i wasnt pushing the plug all the way into the socket on the machine and it had been shorting out

The all stainlesssteel interior is easy to wipe clean otherwise

I would love to have had a glass collection jar but the plastic one that came with it is heavy duty also and i transfer the water immediately to another container anyway

Arrived very quickly and distiller was in good shape although the box was not very sturdy
