Pros

It has a nice heft to it and feels very sturdily constructed. It really is worth every penny.

It takes about 4-5 minutes to begin generating steam, and you'll get about 15 mites of usable steam. It is too bothersome to clean one piece of jewelry, but to do multiple pieces it is worth it. Post-cleaning the jewelry is impressively shined.

If you've got very high-end jewelry, you take it in to be cleaned by a real jeweler annually. Works great - gets my wife's jewelry darn near as good as the jeweler gets it.

Item works as described. Works great and makes stream pretty quickly for such a small unit. For the jewelry that is recommended, the steam cleaner works pretty well.

The steam leaks out and the piece needed to direct the steam broke off. Corners are tougher & the steamer is not great on corners/corner crevices. Do not buy.

It works great and saves me since my local jeweler charges way too much to clean jewelry

Hint when you buy items from amazing i would suggest to pay the extra 9 for a 3 year warranty

I had the very expensive jewelry cleaner for several years when it quit i could not justify the high cost of replacement
