Pros
Small, lightweight and perfect for travel. The shape gives you a better grip on the steamer. Great for quick, light ironing that needs to be done without the hassle of a full ironing board.
The isteam heats up to steam level faster, it's wonderful in that way. The material doesn't feel damp after steaming. Fully heats up in about 20 seconds, and it is hot!
Cons
Travel steamer no longer heats up or produces any steam. Product was advertised as working with a converter.
It's past the the return date. I was given a refund instead. It is not very good with removing wrinkles. Therefore, it is useless.

I don’t like that the handle is so girthy because it’s not comfortable to hold closer to the bottom
