Pros
Using screw and screwdriver, rotate the key assembly underneath it to screw it together. Only negative is the shell does not have labels for the lock/unlock * like the original shell or other replacement options.
The instructions are clear, and illustrated excellently. Best of all, it works extremely well. I. Ve never been happier.
Best bang for the buck. Only complaint is that it’s noisy in my pocket.

I have a 2004 gx470 and this shell did not work.

Note this is a shell only you need to separate your metal key and your original transponder from your old broken shell and put them inside it

Like others tried the replacement shellsfobs that look like the original lexus key and they unfortunately do crack near metal key after a few months the plastic shell is just too thin

This design has much thicker plastic around where the metal key fits in as well as throughout rest of case

The screws were moderately difficult to tighten because the torx wrench kept slipping out of the screw
