People who complain about falling bulbs are likely not following directions and are not making sure the suction cup is wet andor that dust has been removed from the bulb using included dust attachment before suctioning

To be 100 sure the bulbs were fully seated i simply reattached the device and gently tried to screw in the bulbs further

If you already have a useable utility pole the is a masterpiece for replacing canned lights bulbs that are just out of reach and beyond
