Stauber bulb-changer gripper has 4 adjustable prongs that both hold and grab the bulb for insertion and removal. The prongs are easily adjustable to hold up to 9 different size and shape bulbs. The grabber is so adjustable it worked well for both.

Fit the standard thread pattern of my telescoping truck/rv washing pole. Pole mount on this piece is not threaded, but the wingnut snugs it to my threaded pole. It fits on my telescopic painter's pole and gripped the light bulb very well.

As an engineer i can see several ways they could have cut corners on this product and the suction cup

Suctioncup changer only used with cleaning bonnet to dust the bulbs before removing then decided i liked the gripper better to remove replace high bulbs for safety
