Just 'timed' and 'always on' switch just slides up to keep the peg and microswitch in the 'on' position. I have to turn it on or off manually which is pointless. Amazon have issued a full refund.
One has to be an atomic scientist to use this hopeless gizmo. The workmanship is shoddy. It is too wide to put two next to each other in a double socket.

Pros does its job as supposed to set it up once and can forget about it time intervals are 15 long so it mightmight not suffice depending on your application the 24 clock face is easily adjustable you cant hearcons loud in changing onoff state

When the on time ends you can hear a loud click even from few rooms away unit is not the smallest

There is a 24 hour 10 min or 7 day 2hr option be sure you check which youre getting though its not hidden in the fine print its not always obvious

Very easy to set the font is a bit small but no problem if you have a magnifier glass
