Pros
The taste is great and the aroma is amazing! I am still in disbelief on how well this worked for pain. My mare eats it right up when mixed with coconut oil and fresh ground black pepper. See dr. Aroma for more information.

Cons
Starwest botanical sells organic tumeric on their website. Nothing on the package indicates that this tumeric is organic. Most mid-grade turmeric is not that yellowish, not really that fluorescent color either.
Golden paste made from turmeric has a strange texture, does not dissolve easily in liquid and the taste is different. It is highly dangerous as it causes degenerative changes in the lining of the stomach, kidneys and liver.
You want to buy junk, and trust a reviewer who has no point of reference? Go ahead. Please don't buy from this seller. Please consider the reviews before purchasing this product.

I received one package that was split open during shipping and the vendor was very good in replacing it
That is not a product flaw but a shipping problem in my opinion but watch out that turmeric could spray everywhere when you open the mailer

Airtight packaging no problems with the zipper seal just flick it with your finger before you squeeze the air out and seal it

The aroma flavor and coloring of the turmeric is what youd expect of goodquality turmeric
I love this organic tumeric powder and buying it every month

Amazon had a couple that were damaged to the point that the powder puffed out into the foam mailer bag so watch out
