John scalzi as usual produces a well-written, cleanly plotted story. This book doesn’t disappoint. Scalzi is one of my favorite writers.

The man struggles with murders, explosions, gunshots and talking animals. A plot that defies predicting where it ends.

The more scalzi explains how the organization works, the more pointless it seems. Everything they do is too * to be remotely plausible. Nothing scalzi-esque about them at all.

The bad guys are comically villainous. It's a lazy, self-indulgent way to present a (so far) non-existent story. Sometimes it's simply soulless mass * without an eyeblink.
