Pros
The keyed female header connector fits the the male connector on my intel b75 motherboard perfectly. It's a standard 20-pin connection on the motherboard which provides two usb ports. Just works, connected to the motherboard header.
It works! Does the job - no muss, no fuss.
Cons
Two widely spaced ports, mostly centered on the slot, made my goal impossible. Had to return this item as one of the two screws holding the plate let go when inserting a usb.

Thats what happened to me with the first adapter ive ordered it was a lost cause so ive ordered a new one
With the superglue ive tried to force out the plastic piece with a pair of pliers and i couldnt

Works as advertised and a fair price cant get better than that
Delivery to australia was excellent and pricing was of great value even allowing for freight costs

Delivery was postponed by one business day by ups but who am i to complain about free shipping

I have the gigabyte gaz87xud3h z87 motherboard and i wanted to be able to use the extra usb 3
Because my motherboard had two 20pin headers very close to each other supermicro mbdx10slmf httpamzn
What i did is shaving the plug on one side and solidifying it all around with locktite professional superglue httpamzn

The cable is plenty long for most motherboards installed on a full size atx but it is semi thick which does not allow you to bend tuck it away that much
