Pros

The mobo nic was on it's last leg. Plugged into 10 year old pc running linux. Works flawlessly in my older linux desktop. Works without issue with the relatively light load i put on it, unlike the *.

I dropped it in an open slot in a pc, connected the lan cable to the router and the card and fired up the computer. Worked right out of the box in my debian linux server.

Cons

Speed tops out at around 300mbps, not gigabit, so perhaps that explains the limitation. The dell 9020 usff slot requires a gen2 or gen3 mpcie card. Tried to install this on a win 10 pc. Will drop my connection for a few seconds before picking it back ... Read More
