His analysis of connecting our biology with how we should structure our thoughts is outstanding. It seems obvious but we get swept away in chasing the dogmas brought on by society. Concepts are simple and easy to relate.
High quality printed paperback. Font size is easy to read and cover is really glossy making it attractive. Very engaging and inspiring book.
