Pros
Could be a little larger, but no problem as is, and very maneuverable. I notice they have a larger ladle, but it does not look like this one (sort of triangular). It's a little longer than i imagined.
This ladle is very sturdy, and scoops well. Perfect for soup or any food that needs to be scooped out. Not always a bad thing, just means more scoops per serving.
These starpack utensils are so high quality and look good in the utensil holder. The starpack spoonula and the starpack spatula too.
Easy to clean and safe to use with my cookware. It cleans up very easily. The ladle is heat resistant, sturdy and easy to clean.
Cons
The odor is quite pronounced. Imagine a golf-ball sized meatball. My food, in this ladle, seems yucky.

I tryed to buy a ladle that was flat like a spoon and probably would have passed this by if a side profile was shown

Yes the flat front will easily squeegee the foodsauceback down the sides into the pot
