Easy install. Ease of setup and robustness. You need to be online to connect it to your apple home network, but once you configure it, it just works.

Device seamlessly integrates with apple’s homekit. Kudos to the developers and company. Product works just as described - the only issue is i couldn't get the device to initially boot.

Starling takes all of the effort out of it - it just works. Using the web interface to setup starling home hub allows you more control of what appears in home. Didn’t want to toss those out so took a chance on the starling home hub.
