Pros
My past two mattresses cost a fortune and weren't as good as this mattress. There was no horrible smell when it was rolled out either. Their customer service is amazing.
Cons
The package was also badly damaged, the mattress is plastic wrapped so no big deal either. It's incredibly spongy and not very firm at all although it suggests medium firmness.
It’s like this is a byproduct. This mattress is literally awful. Not too impressed.
