Pros

Some wild ingredients are in the some recipes, but we have fun researching these and seeing if we can find the ingredient or a reasonable substitute. To my surprise, the recipes use healthy choices and appear more nutritionally minded.

The foamy pink one is our fav! Aside from that, it's perfect! The picture i featured in my review is that of the fried endorian tip-yip (which i made in the air fryer) great cookbook with great recipes.

With 176 pages, this hardcover book is an absolute must for every person who loves to prepare uncommon meals and drinks. This book is chock full of really simple recipes that even a novice chef like me was able to make.

The recipes are legit and i'll actually end up making a lot of them. I have yet to try a recipe but the presentation and the details really shine through. All her recipes are so well thought and unique to whatever she applies her creativity to.

Cons

Most of the recipes aren’t even slightly imaginative, and all are bland or excessively salty. The idea that adding either indian spices or asian spices or soy sauce to a recipe makes it some how “alien” is the epitome of small mindedness and actually ... Read More
