Pros
Comfortable for a previously broken coccyx. Very well cushioned. Lots of padding.
The headrest pillow cradles my neck just right. It was delivered to my home with free shipping.
No regrets here at all. Looks classy. Got the warranty though for any of that. Definite two thumbs up for me.
Cons
Cushion is dry rotted! Everything is plastic except the bolts, and the plate that bolts to the seat. The cushioning is totally terrible. It's like someone at the factory forgot to put the correct foam or padding for this chair.

No stores in az had one in stock and they would not sell me the demo on the floor so i ordered thru amazon and it was shipped from a staples warehouse back east at a lower price and free shipping
