The holder for the iron in the base doesnt hold it very solid and it tends to flop around when youre putting the iron in while holding something and not looking directly at the holder

My fix was to replace the holder insert with a different one that fit a bit better

Anyway long story short if youve gotten this far and are reading reviews to see if this is the right soldering station for you because you dont care about brand names then stop wasting time and click order
