Pros

They are incredibly durable…. They look great, and are a conversation starter. Love these. Thank u for this invention.

If you are researching growlers for rough duty, your search is over, get the stanley! This one seals well and looks much sturdier. Not a bad place to start becoming a stanley fanatic!

The cap is secure and easy to open/close even while buzzed with gloves on. The screws holding the handle look secure, i plan on checking them for tightness every few weeks or so. It cleans easily and is extremely easy to carry with the large handle.

Cons

Just received third growler. Shame on stanley for releasing this with such an obvious design issue.

The clamping system is not strong enough at this point to handle the force to keep the top closed. The handle is much thicker than the part that holds the latch. The growler came dented on the bottom and stress marks on the clasps.

Got this stanley on sale and its great

I so glad i bought this when i did in 2017 for 33 and change

However it gets expensive enjoying fine teas in this way on the daily

Packaging/appearance

This is actually the only time i didnt rate it 5 stars that is because the packaging was poor at best

It came in no individual stanley box and without any sort of protection bubble wrap etc

Packaging by amazon was very basic and the item arrived dented
