Pros

Zero falls since handrail installed. Keeps my pillows from spilling over. One is a minor obstacle for his legs.

It's extremely well built, the design is for someone who is being taken care of. It's very sturdy, it has some very handy organizational pockets. Very sturdy easy to install.

We have a tempur-pedic, which is higher than most mattresses. Since the bed rail requires maneuvering the mattress it can be a little tricky to setup.

Installation of the strap takes a little forethought. Easy to pull out the latch to put bed rail down.
