Pros

Allows you to do dead lifts without straining your lumbar. Gives a whole new dimension to bent over rows. His favorite way to do squats now.

The bar weights 35 lb. It's the only bar that caters to the few such as myself who kept their standard size weights as opposed to converting to the olympic size weights. It works as advertised bot it does not weigh 52 pounds.

Most guys do not use collars and will not notice this. People who lift weights to stay healthy and because they enjoy it but have no intention of doing so competitively, so they use standard-sized weight plates and bars instead of olympic-sized ones.

This bar is solid and handles the weight, like olympic bar strong. It boasts a massive one thousand pond capacity so it should last you forever.

Mine had a little bit of rust like some water had gotten into the packaging wrapping the bar at some point
