Pros
The suction power is super strong! It's true that it's a little bit loud but, does a great job. Works the same if not better than the ones 2-3x the cost. A fantastic deal.
Such a time saver. Great for cookies. Also made some muffins and carrot cake. It mixes ingredients very well.
Cons
On voyait des restes de pellicule dans les coins. Less than expected.
The motor screeches and shakes. The mixer is all thin plastic and shakes a lot. It also has a huge lag!

All i gotta say is if you need a good stand mixer i think this is fine but if it breaks customer service for me personally was just really slow unresponsive
