Pros

I mention his because for this demographic the 4 black cords make sense. The extra resistance gives the extra push towards strengthening that i desired. Really great harder workout than the black cords. Made a huge difference for footwork.

Red cords are made/designed for aeropilates machines. Will work fine on my 5 cord pilates performer. My workout on my pilates reformer got kicked up by using these cords.

Cut the length to 40 inches and attached a metal stopper on the end. What is needed is bungee cord made for a trampoline. Esta es un poco más fuerte que la negra, se ve duradera and super convenient.

Love it. Very good. Collector item.

Cons

This machine is either for injury rehab, 80 year old people, or women afraid of building muscle. Arrived with one cap popped off. Frustrating that out of the box, it already isn't assembled correctly.
