This is a great recumbent bike for those who want a not-to-strenuous work-out. It works as well as the more expensive one at the employee gym where i work. The bike provides a very comfortable and quiet workout.

The magnetic resistance to pedalling is smooth and quiet, and can be easily adjusted by turning a knob. My only problem is one of the straps on thefoot pedal keeps opening.

It is absolutely fantastic. Now that i am stuck at home homeschooling, this is a great alternative. Overall quality appears to be good.
