Pros
All in all, it surpasses what i thought we were buying and we like it a lot. It's affordable and i would highly recommend it. Not a problem for me but just fyi. Overall for now its so good.
Rower works great. I have hardwood floors and the rower would slide across the room and rock a bit without a floor mat underneath. With the straps installed on the lower anchor, my feet feel completely secure.
Easy, simple and it makes you sweat without the joints pressure in treadmill. Great full body workout. Fades a bit over course of my 10 min workout but nothing serious.
Resistance levels are good enough for a beginner on one of these machines. Motion feels smooth and is actually pretty satisfying with the way it behaves.
Cons
Year and 2 months later (with intermittent light use between hubby and it) and it's happened again this morning. Now, the piston has no tension anymore, which means the machine is useless.

Wind up smacking my knees with the arms every time i move forward
The foot rests are finicky i added a large wide rubber band for my toes along with the velcro straps closer to the ankle

On top of that the price is right
Shipping
Very good purchase sucks that the shipping cost was so high to deliver to my location but oh well
Ordered fir a friend of mine and she loves it easy and fast to assemble

I had my husband put this together and he did it in less than an hour hes not a big diyer
I had this machine a while back and its still a good one for the price

Gel seat from a bike wont work unless you have the largest bike in the world maybe so im going to see if theres anything i can do to make it even a little bit comfortable

By which i mean that its not much of a leg workout when set up flat as the initial portion of the pull is not resisted until the hydraulic cylinder gets loaded

Not exactly like rowing but to be blunt only a vanishingly small percentage of all indoor rowers will ever find themselves in a real boat
