Very happy with the quality of this product
I’ve seen some people concerned with the belt for the rower but i don’t see it becoming a huge issue
If i had to do it all over again i would but with the damper as shown on the poster
This is a simple rower with the basic stats distance calories speed etc

A good decent rower for a reasonable cost
Packaging/appearance
Also folds up nicely if you need to get it out of the way

I have frequently used the higher end concept2 rowers and i run consistently 4090 minutes 6 days a week for fitness
The feel of the resistance is consistent throughout the entire stroke feels smooth similar to a concept2 but slight less

The only negative points would be a shorter than professional grade stroke length and noise from fan is quite high when rowing quickly

I would recommend this to a friend if they were looking for a rower to add to their home excercise equipment and they didnt want to spend 1000

Only reason this isnt a 5 star is because amazon dropped the price down the day after i bought it and doesnt seem to price match
