Pros

This honey is amazing. The medicinal benefits are endless. For allergy sufferers, it's important to buy local honey. I wish these could be a little less pricey to buy more frequently.

This honey is less strong than straight linden, but still off-putting. It taste so good and the large 5 lb container remained intact.

Cons

Heated or adulterated honey masquerading as raw unfiltered 100% honey is a known issue. It is unfortunate i received this and i wonder if it was even inspected before being dispatched.

It looks like cheaper pasteurized honey which is not what i paid for. The company is also not forthright about their product and will not answer questions about origins.
