Pros
Propolis works marvelously when we have a cold, or a flu. It acts as a disinfectant, very quickly.
I personally add a teaspoon to my morning protein shake. Always get products from them to make a honey mix.
Cons
This product is not bee propolis. Too much carob powder. It is disgusting. It's like being powdered.

But they dont understand that pure propolis powder will stick together and is very resinous

So no carob powder mixed in means you wont be able to mix it at all and it would stick to the sides of your cup
