Pros
Great customer service. Works for a fraction of the price of yeti. My girlfriend loves the color, loves the straw that comes with it.
The removable handle is genius. It's dishwasher top rack safe which makes cleaning easy. The two lids are both appropriate for use with a fill of coffee. A straw cleaning bristly brush is included.
Cons
If you close the lid after pouring in hot coffee the steam builds up inside the mug and pops the top off the mug.

He used it all through the summer for cool drinks and he started with the tea for work this morning
It’s always great to receive quality products but to have quality customer service that’s just as important but not always the case

Found out the hard way when drop from a few feet in example a camping chair the lid popped off
