Make sure you twist all the way until you hear the click telling you the suction is fully locked in place

The locking mechanism works well but trying to lock it while holding it in place is a bit awkward it took about three attempts to place it correctly twice it fell while i was out but after the third ive had no issues

Our shower tiles are a bit rough and it wouldnt stick correctly which i had thoughts would be the case as the reviews said the surface needs to be very smooth for it to stick

The instructions are not great push the center of the knob and turn the outer circle until you hear the click

I am not clear in which direction the box says counterclockwise but the arrow point clockwise
