You can programme the kettle to switch off when it has reached the temperature set 50556065707580859095 c if you just switch it on it boils

What i have noticed is that although the kettle will switch off at your set temperature the temperature of the water will continue to rise because of the residual heat in the heating element

Limescale buildup on the heating plate and the glass in contact with the hot water in our hard water area means you need to clean out the kettle almost weekly to stop it looking unsightly

My only problem with it is that it has a program button which does nothing and there are no actual instructions only a safety manual in 100 languages
