Pros

The water gets hot fast but it's soo convenient. Doesn't take long to heat up.

Only complaint is the wire strainer on the pour spout. I drink a lot of tea and cocoa, especially in the colder season.

I find it handier this way. Easier to see and locate. It's visually pleasing. I dorm and this gets me by.

Cons

Terrible, do not recommend. Just goes to show what happens when you buy unreliable brand.

I dont have to worry about it over boiling or burning the kettle

Kettle has a filter in the spout so i guess you could make loose tea in the kettle and strain it as you pour

I solved the particle problem by switching to filtered water using zerowater filters
