Pros & Cons
Pros
This scraper works very well for stubborn algae. Works much better than what they sell in the pet stores. Tried the magnetic one-on-outside-one- on-inside duo, tried the plastic and metal scrapers.
Cleaned the glass in my tank flawlessly. Easy to get to all glass inmy 75 gal tank and clears glass effortlessly. Gets the glass cleared when sponges won't.
Blades go in easily and do a fantastic job of scraping the algae off. Uses real metal razor blades so it really cleans without scratching the glass at all. Comes with (free replacement blades! This blade scraper is exactly what i was looking for!
Cons
The 'razor' blades are hair thin and would never stand up to actual shaving.
