Pros & Cons
Pros
Looks nicely finished and feels reassuringly solid in the hand. Not flimsy or fragile as some sharpeners do. We work with illustrators in our design studio and this sharpener is the best on the market.
This sharpener sharpens a dull pencil to a super sharp point in just a few turns. It is snug enough that the lead doesn't break in the process. It also has two holes for sharpening.
The double sized holes are perfect for the colored pencils too. They’re the artsy type so besides schoolwork the double sized hole is perfect for them. This one works great without getting clogged and breaking mycolored pencils every 2 seconds.
Top reseats securely after removing it to dump shavings. The container is just right and so easy to empty when it’s full. Pencil shaving is very secure and the fact that you can snap the cover down is a bonus.
Cons
The pencils fit, but the sharpening was lacking. Breaks the lead and now it doesn't even sharpen any. It tends to * soft pencils and does not cut the wood cleanly.
