Pros

Buy it. You won't be disappointed. It is well made and ready for you to manipulate to your purposes. Good quality, good packaging.

Early delivery and fit awsome. Sometimes it fits a wee bit loose, but other times it is snug (not tight, just snug) it's also a bit taller and wider at the top.

The hat band is well stitched to the outside. It's the wonderful porkpie like gene hackman wore in the french connection. It down right looks classy.

A classy, high-quality hipster hat. In a world dominated by boys & men in baseball caps, this makes a much more personal statement. You can wear it dressed up or dressed down.

It is a little stiff to begin with, but softens some with wear. Down-sizing the hat can be accomplished with a little bit of double-sided, insulating tape. Quality feathers adorn one side but do appear to be removable - yet i have not done so.

Cons

Came crushed in a plastic mailer bag. The felt is cheap and stiff.
