The cards are colour coded by the muscle group they are stretching. Instructions are very good on the cards, but if you need more help, you can access videos online or scan the qr code that is on each card.
Easy to handle. Allows me to organize routine. Can't lose. This * all your excuses - and mine. Just finished my home gym.

The majority of the cards are marked beginner and can be performed by most people

I can’t do any jumping so i removed those cards from my pile and i still have plenty to choose from

The markings are in black and white and located among the other codes and words making it a lot harder to quickly identify each card’s number and suit
