Pros

Great for people at all fitness levels. As a beginner, i find it a fun way to get into it. You can basically design any number of routines - i have 3 right now - and the cards make it really easy to run through each routine.

Between the two packs of cards, there are more than enough options to vary things up so that it never gets stale. There is some overlapping exercises cards. Other than that i think it will bring a good variety. Sets up a varied workout over time.

Cons

Not sturdy for the 31. Misleading advertising. It only stands to reason the seller may be intentionally deceptive.

The qr code comes in handy for the exercises i am not familiar with the exercise

Ive done most of the exercises before so im familiar with the required form

I plan to combine it with the kettlebell deck of cards however there are repeated exercises with the two sets
