Pros

There are some cards in the deck that are basically the same exercise but there's so many cards that this isn't really a big issue. The box has a nice design to it. Cards are printed on good paper too. No downsides to this at all.

Exercises are generally easy to understand and there are qr codes you can scan if you need more information. Great reminder for someone who doesn't want to commit to big chunks of time for exercise. The website explains the various games that can be p... Read More

The kids enjoy the fun of picking cards and the younger ones trading for easier ones. Closes shut nicely. Awesome for traveling also.

Cons

Very few of the cards are for beginners and the others are unrealistic for intermediate or advanced. Total complete junk.
