Pros

Warm rinse gets rid of dirt and product, cold rinse closes pores. Great for exfoliating facial skin, but doesn't always deal with adult acne.

Great value for the money compared to lots of other high priced cleansers and exfoliators. This is the first time i purchased it through amazon.

Better than salicylic acid or benzol peroxide. Scrub cleans, refreshes, clams and makes you glow.

Cons

While it does smell very nice the amount of irritation and redness is not worth it. Buyer beware. Why is there no easy way to report this that doesn’t include the hassle of having to do a return?
