Resistance 22 kohm is too high and therefore appears impedance mismatching between signal source and input of the device

For resolving this problem i replaced on the pcb resistor r28 to 82 ohm it could be in the range 75110 ohm and now there is no difference between input and output signal quality

Did a very adequate job of spliting and amplifing the video signal from a security camera hooked to long runs and tv dvr set up

It seemed to help to a degree but i am surprised and disappointed that it did not completely eliminate the video aberrations that occur when feeding cables to both tvs together

I was also a bit puzzled that the gain adjustments had little effect on the video signals especially considering that this amps instructions advised how to set the optimum gain on each amplifier based on the observed effects that the setting would have on the video images

In the manual it actually attenuates the signal to 1
